Purpose of Position
Perform maintenance and upkeep on the building and grounds. Assist other departments to function smoothly by maintaining work areas.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Open or close building for work shift.
- Ensure building utilities are functioning properly (HVAC, water systems, security system, electrical)
- Repair and replace broken or worn out equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas (break room, restrooms, entrances, etc.)
- Mow grass, plow snow, and maintain pond.
- Provide support for areas that need to be moved, removed, added, remodeled, etc.
- Perform general upkeep.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma/GED required.
Minimum Experience
1-5 years of experience in maintenance.
Driver's License required
Fork Lift Certification required
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to drive a car/truck, tractor, trailer, loader, fork truck.
Experience working with power tools, hand tools, mower, trimmer, spreader and snow plow.
