In today’s healthcare world, our Medical plan options set us apart with low-deductible, no coinsurance, copay-based benefits and your reasonable per pay period contributions.  We ensure you have choice in your healthcare with two medical plans to choose from (Gold & Silver levels) and access to a large national network of providers, without requiring a primary care designation or referrals to specialists.  FlightSafety also has a program where you share in the savings if you make cost-effective decisions when receiving medical care.

If traveling abroad on company business, you will have the protection of an International Business Travel Medical program.

Your Dental and Vision health are just as important to your well-being. Our dental and vision programs provide the benefits you need when you need them, providing you access to large professional dental and vision provider networks and a great level of coverage, including orthodontics for children.

Saving for the future is easy with our 401(k) Plan, which offers both pre-tax Traditional and after-tax Roth deferrals, along with a generous 100% vested Employer Matching Contribution of 100% of the first 3% you contribute and 50% of the next 2%.

Financial Planning Workshops are offered to further your financial education.

A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is offered as a great way to pay pre-tax for any out-of-pocket medical/dental/vision expenses such as copay, deductibles and more. Additionally, child care expenses can also be paid on a pre-tax basis through a Dependent Care FSA.

If you have personal transit expenses, teammates at most of our Business Units will find our pre-tax Transit Benefit a great way to save money on those expenses.

In the event of disability, whether short-term or long-term, income replacement protection is provided to you through our company-provided Short Term Disability and available to you through the Voluntary Long Term Disability plan at group rates.

Cost-effective Legal Services are available through our Pre-Paid Legal Assistance program.

We ensure you and your family members have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for any confidential counseling needs.  You will also have Health Advocates available so you can request health information, ask questions and obtain assistance if complex health-related matters arise or if you have elder care issues and don’t know where to turn.

Your Time Away from Work

In the event of sickness or rewarding yourself with time off, you will have Paid Sick Leave, Vacation, and Holidays available to meet your needs.  You may also use part of your sick leave each year to care for a family member.
