The Maintenance Instructor delivers exceptional ground and/or practical instruction in accordance with FlightSafety Training principles and applicable regulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

- Conduct maintenance ground and/or practical training for clients receiving core or specialty training courses.
- Develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery to meet the client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum.
- Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for additional training, if required.
- Complete accurate training records specific to each client, aiding their success in achieving the requested objective(s).
- Identify client training issues and seek assistance prior to execution.
- Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.

- Développer et préparer du matériel de formation qui soutient la prestation de formation pour répondre aux besoins des clients conformément au programme d'études applicable.
- Évaluer et mesurer les progrès des stagiaires et recommander une formation supplémentaire, si nécessaire.
- Remplir des dossiers de formation précis et spécifiques à chaque client, contribuant ainsi à sa réussite dans la réalisation des objectifs demandés.
- Identifiez les problèmes de formation des clients et demandez de l’aide avant l’exécution.
- Maintenir les qualifications des instructeurs conformément aux exigences réglementaires.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Airframe and Powerplant license/certification
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on aircraft experience. Experience with Falcon business jets preferred but not required.
- EASA Part 145 Release to Service Authorization on Falcon business jets preferred but not required.
- Bilingual French and English, minimum level B1
Exigences minimales
- Licence/certification de cellule et de groupe motopropulseur
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pratique sur aéronef. Expérience avec les jets d'affaires Falcon, de préférence mais pas obligatoire.
- L'autorisation de mise en service de la partie 145 de l'AESA sur les jets d'affaires Falcon est préférée mais non requise.
