Purpose of Position

The Sales Enablement Specialist will provide the sales team and sales management with the resources they need to sell more effectively, including but not limited to: managing all aspects of: i) CRM training, improvement, and adoption, ii) sales process management, and iii) sales metric reporting. Lastly, they will monitor success and ensure long term adoption of implemented changes and strategies.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate organizational change management activities to ensure success of process improvements.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for the Sales organization in relation to systems such as CRM and processes used within the sales cycle
  • Ensures data integrity and adoption within CRM, as well as provides ongoing system support, testing, and training to internal resources.
  • Maintains documentation pertaining to sales process, products, marketing collateral and any other information relating to the Sales organization.
  • Participate in the development of CRM enhancements.
  • Travel to company training events as needed

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Minimum Experience

2+ years CRM database and administration experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications
  • able to speak, understand, read and write
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including, MS Office suite and CRM system.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, data collection and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management in a professional manner
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and high-pressure situations
  • Able to work unsupervised, as needed

Physical Demands and Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate. The employee may be required to stand; walk; sit. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to view monitors, technical documents, and reference material. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
