JOB DUTIES

 

C/SDRL are information technology experts who specialize in analyzing, collecting, storing and creating electronic data. Primary function is to assemble, document, and deliver all on contract Government Contract/Subcontractor Data Requirements Lists (C/SDRLS). Coordinate with FlightSafety and FlightSafety sub-contract Subject Matter Experts (CME’s) for specific SDRL delivery information in advance of actual delivery due dates. Identify and mitigate internal and external areas of concern and bottlenecks for successful delivery of all documents.

 

Reviewing C/SDRL packages to ensure contract requirements are met.

 

Analyzing and interpreting C/SDRL database usage data and preparing project synopses/assessments.

 

Review all new RFP SDRL requirements and identify areas of concern as necessary.

 

Provide SDRL estimates for all Government proposals.

 

Develop or modify new or existing SDLR templates based on Government defined SDRL requirements.

 

Develop SDRL Tool for delivery schedules and tracking based on program Integrated Master Schedules.

 

Coordinate with all responsible FlightSafety departments and sub-contractors as to SDRL delivery requirements, SDRL due dates and provide the necessary SDRL templates for SME updates.

 

Schedule and host internal meetings and conferences with regard to SDRL requirements

 

Identify internal FlightSafety problem areas and bottlenecks with specific delivery requirements and schedules and mitigate as necessary

 

Maintain SharePoint/Project Workspace delivery logs, program specific SDRL’s/DID’s and program specific SDRL templates.

 

Self-starter: With little or no supervision must be able to project upcoming SDRL delivery requirements; plan ahead and have the necessary delivery data, forms and templates available.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS

 

Associates degree in Engineering, Technical or Business preferred; or 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Technical Writing and/or experience in Government programs preferred.

 

Database Management, Data Maintenance, Decision Making, Attention to Detail, Database Security, Developing Standards, Database Performance Tuning, and Operating Systems. Proficient to Advanced skills in MS Office.  Previous experience processing and/or developing Government deliverable documentation preferred.
