JOB DUTIES

 

Responsible for managing the capture process and administration of US Government direct, or subcontracted programs.

 

Responsible for analyzing contract requirements, developing contract execution plans and providing contract administration support for proposal preparation/review schedule.

 

Ensures contractual requirement compliance of proposal strategies to include pricing, contract volumes, sample contracts, teaming efforts and submittal of a contractually compliant proposal. 

 

Interfaces with the Program Manager, the Director of Programs and the Business Development Director concerning overall pursuit contract performance and requirements.

 

Collaborates with members of the sales, marketing, finance, legal, and product teams to ensure content is complete, accurate, and timely.

 

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

 

Leads and directs the work of others.

 

A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS

 

Bachelor's degree in Business discipline or related field; and a minimum of five years’ experience in related field must have experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) (for Military position) And US Government contracting, contracting types and procurement process experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. 

 

Familiarity with access to Syteline a plus.
