FlightSafety International Program Management Teammates are responsible for delivering safety-focused training for business, corporate, commercial, government, and military aviation professionals, including pilots of fixed and rotary-wing aircraft, maintenance technicians, flight attendants and dispatchers. Program Managers must ensure that our customers and clients receive the training and support they need to succeed. Working with our Sales team, Customer Support Representatives, and Original Equipment Manufacturers, our Program Managers ensure that the training meets or exceeds regulatory requirements as well as making sure our customers and clients get the appropriate instructors, top-level fully qualified simulators, and the most convenient training locations. We tailor our training to meet the specific needs of our customers.
