Our Customer Support Representatives are proactive problem solvers who can use their vast organizational, social, and collaborative skills to ensure FlightSafety International customers and clients receive the very best service. Customer Support positions are available world-wide at all of our FlightSafety International locations. Responsibilities include answering product, scheduling, and service questions; providing training and regulations support; being our brand ambassadors; and ensuring that our customer and client needs are fulfilled above and beyond their expectations while delivering excellent customer service.
