Come play a critical, high visibility role within a global team dedicated to operational excellence!  Our Supply Chain Manager will oversee multiple supply loops, manage budget/capital expenditures, logistics, while driving to continuously improve all supply chain processes.  Your success will be demonstrated by your ability to elevating team performance, improving business efficiency, leveraging critical thinking alongside passion for solving issues, and driving bottom-line results.


In this role you will:

  • Initiate, recommend, and execute innovative Supply Chain strategies, policies, and programs while maintaining alignment with organization strategic focus areas and objectives
  • Develop, monitor, and report key Supply Chain performance metrics necessary for effective evaluation of performance against measurement, comparison, and evaluation of supply chain
  • Develop and tracks KPIs, provides summary of results to management
  • Direct and monitor Purchasing, Shipping / Receiving and Inventory control department personnel in execution of supply chain goals and processes while ensuring compliance with all contractual program flow down requirements in addition to all United States and international export laws and regulations
  • Develop logistics strategy for global customer base
  • Develop, implement, and manage inventory control strategies
  • Analyze, assess, and recommend opportunities to improve overall group
  • Develop and manage processes for coordination of supply chain management across organization


Strong Candidates will Have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or other applicable degree.10 years of experience demonstrating knowledge of inventory control, materials requirements planning, item master, demand planning, and advanced supply chain planning modules; SAP preferred;
  • Proficiency with Excel and the ability to analyze data;
  • Highly accountable with strong self-management skills; Demonstrated ability to lead, direct and influence a strong team of professionals as well as proven leadership of cross-functional teams; Excellent decision-making ability and confidence to implement those decisions;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and senior management with the skill to concisely present recommendations, ideas and summaries to complex issues;
  • APICS CSCP certification a definite plus;
